Why do men love selfish women?

I was so selfish in the beginning of my relationship, out of 10 things I did only 2 were not selfish and my boyfriend appreciated those two things and loved me. He was always worried about my loyalty but he still loved me.

Time by time when I fell in love with him, I started becoming less and less selfish and all I was thinking was how to make him happy, I’ve stayed loyal and honest, understanding and loving to him and he dislikes that and I think he is falling out of love with me.

Do I need to be a selfish brat to always be loved?

Majority of women out there are selfish. It’s hard to find a women who is selfless. Men tend to love selfish women because they have no other choice. It’s either that or stay single and majority of men are too Pussy to stay single and enjoy their own life without a partner

That's odd. I guess maybe your boyfriend is the type of person who doesn't respect a woman who treats him well?
I know a guy who treats his wife like crap because she bows down to him and she always wants to be with him. I swear, if she had more self confidence he would probably try harder to keep her. She's my dream partner, but that fool doesn't know how good he has it. I think those types of one-sided relationships are unhealthy.

We’ve been together for 3 years. In the past he’s told me if he ever loses me he’ll regret forever and he knows I am the great woman and love of his life, but he told me he feels like I am the one chasing him in the relationship not him anymore and he thinks that’s why most relationships fall apart.

The thing is I am not chasing, I am the same I was in the first 2 years of our relationship, he changed though. He chased me too and our attentions were divided equally, now I am the one paying more attention.
