It's very easy for a lot of people to feel the sensation of infatuation and/or lust upon first appearance whether if said person finds you physically attractive, finds your interests to match up with theirs or a bit of both! To a lot of guys, it feels like a fling! They love the idea of what they see but don't want to dip in too deep for any kind of confrontation or conflict to happen.
You'll know the guy loves you if they want to spend as much time as they can with you. If they want to learn as much about you as possible! If they become embarrassed or stutter around you because they want to be their best around you without feeling clumsy! If they give more attention to you than anyone else they hang out with! If they are willing to go out of their way to be there for you when you have a good or bad day!
I do agree with you that a lot of men will feel lustful if they only see your physical beauty and decide not to pursue you any further. I do believe some men can fall in love right away but that's a very rare occasion to happen though, at least in my opinion.
It takes me FAR longer than that. From months to a year realistically. The people that say they love someone within days, etc. are just lusting after them or they are lying to use them and then move on.

You can't fall in love in few minutes.
Usually its lust yes. But there are those rare ones where upon talking to them you just feel like you know them and they know you well…. I wouldn’t call that love necessarily but its definitely in that ballpark
Ur logic is dumb and based off what you've heard others say. Yes love takes time but please tell me, what the fuck difference does it make? The "right guy" doesn't magically transform into your dude after you get to know him. He just is that guy from the start that meshes well with you. Perhaps men are petter at predicting compatibleity, ever think it might be a feature and not a bug of the male brain?
I think you can be attracted to a girl within few seconds but for love it needs mutual feelings, mutual trust, mutual respect, sacrifice, some chemistry etc.
Obviously it's not love, we're just looking for a woman to have sex with.
