Yes and no.
I at times have moved on quickly just because I met someone, other times I was enjoying my freedom to come and go as I please.
Sometimes they may have one waiting for the breakup to happen and then they are together.
I never worried about what an ex did after a breakup, that is the best part about an ex.
What are they going to do, get back together and break up with you again?

Depends, maybe she’s mentally been done with the relationship for a while so moving on was easy for her.(which isn’t right) but that’s probably why.
