Yes I have got insulted by a bunch of girls because of what I was wearing. They said some rude words to me. I try to be low profile, but my boyfriend finally answered them.
It escalated a little more when my boyfriend tried to physically interfere and went to them to confront them. I beg him to calm down because I was afraid it could escalate to fighting.
And it kinda did but before a fight really started, one of the girl quickly kneed him where it hurts and asked him to apologize.
I really freaked out so I did and made my boyfriend did. And fortunately they go away, because people were starting to look at us

Exactly, I didn't see if they watched us from the beginning but no one helped. And even after the girls left, everyone went away whereas we had to stay here for a while because of the consequences of the blow on my boyfriend

Yeah. I have an abusive ex. He found out we were dating and stalked and harassed us online. He said some awful things about me, and my boyfriend heard and saw it all.. My ex even messaged my boyfriend about what was said about me, and continued to insult me to my boyfriend.


So, yes, I have been insulted in front of my boyfriend. I haven’t been insulted by anyone else though, not that I know of.

Unfortunately, he couldn’t. He’s in the military and if he beats anyone up or gets in legal trouble, he is fucked and will go to military prison. I didn’t want him to either, but he would’ve if he could’ve. It would’ve been well deserved.

The last guy I dated, we ran into some people from school while hanging out and he ran into some people from church, somewhat embarrassing but maybe they thought we were just normal friends cause I asked the guy if he had eaten yet and he said he was too busy to join us, meaning he did not think we cared whether we were alone and believed I was inviting him to hang out with us when I was just asking an innocent question and did not intend to invite him to eat with us.

Yes. Once or twice, I've even realized it. I don't generally put much value in the kind of things people like to insult, so after three decades, I sometimes don't realize that's what someone's trying to do. And the one time I can definitely and clearly recall that I was, it was when my then-new girlfriend and I were visiting a friend of hers; a friend who decided to mock my size by putting on an album of whalesong. I didn't even realize that anything was being implied, let alone SAID, until about twenty minutes had gone by, and I realized neither of them were answering my questions, just glaring at each other angrily.

Most men are kind of lousy at understanding women; I surpass them all, and advance to "not even realizing there's something to understand".

I don't mind someone speaking their mind but if you are going to criticize someone it should be one on one and I would take it for what it is. However if someone wants to insult me in front of my kids or family they fucked up and will get cut down with extreme aggression. I don't know what it is and I may need counseling for it but I will flip my fucking lid and go off.

Nope. People aren't like that from my experience, had many that make comments like "Wow your with her you better be hitting that tonight." Then if we other's they will just go "Yooo" or something like that.
It's more encouragement really, more of "Your lucky." men oddly get giddy at someone else having a girlfriend lmao.

insulted, even pushed, provoked... typical asshole attitude trying to lure you into a fight in front of your girlfriend, or girls that are friends and usually, while they are surrounded by other guy friends of them too

I've never responded to it as to actually get into a fight, I just get out of there, because is not worth the risk
