  There are tons of things you can do...
  Play hard to get... best advice I can give you...
  These types of boys get obsessed when they don't get what they want
  Start by doing a push pull effect...
  Give him a notion that you like him.(should be subtle)
  After that just ignore him...
  I assure you he will be going crazy if done right
