Should I write a bad review for this taxi service?

My truck broke down so my mom drove me to work and I was gonna take a taxi home. He said he would be there in about 10 mins. 30-40 mins went by and he didn't show. I called my brother and asked if he could drive me home. I called the cab service to cancel and he was like "oh I'm sorry man I spaced it". I just said "lol it's okay. Have a good night". Should I leave a negative review on Google?

Do what you want man. A bad review may make you feel a bit better but it won’t effect his job or cause any repercussions. Not trying to make you feel any sort of way, just being honest.
