I have crush on a gym staff. Is it okay to date him or not?

Sure, anything that happens outside the gym or his place of employment should be fine. I would caution though, if it does not go well, it could be very awkward. What is going to happen then?

I very much doubt he will leave his job. So, that leaves you finding a new gym if there is a bad breakup and tension. Are you prepared to do that? Maybe you have friends and workout buddies that are also members and won't leave with you.

While the idea of dating someone from your gym shouldn't be an issue unless the place doesn't allow employees to date members, I can think of a lot of things that could go wrong with this.
