How do I confront my man?

Who is ready for some drama?

Ever since having our second baby I've noticed my man was off. Tried putting it off to anxiety or whatever. Tonight he fell asleep and I went to turn on his alarm like I normally would when he falls asleep before doing it. Thats when I noticed a snapchat from his ex. So naturally I looked and this guy... has been talking to her since I was pregnant. How the hell do I confront him about this in a civil matter because we have kids and I just want to rip his head off

I think you might have to ask yourself first whether you want to fuck things up or seek clarity and make things better. There should ideally be a boatload of things in between these two extremes but I've found they usually work their way to these two extremes.

If you want to rip his head off already then I think you're working towards the former kind.

Just talk to him and try to make things better. Men usually do this after having a child and they think that women couldn't give them the attention that they needed after having a baby, which is completely wrong and seems like a communication gap. Just talk to him, if things get worse just leave him, he can't be trusted

Confront may not be the right word here. You definitely need to speak about this, but you will find out more of you take a calm and measured approach on this rather than rush to confront him and ending up in a real slanging match.
