Should I tell her how I feel if I'm already in a relationship?

I've worked with this girl now for over 6 years, and a few years ago I started having feelings for her. A few years ago, I also got into a relationship with someone outside of work who I still love and want in my life. I know this girl at work likes me to say the least, but I'm dying to know if she loves me/has real feelings for me.

If things weren't complicated, I'd just ask her out on a date. But considering we work together and I'm in a relationship, I feel it would be inappropriate to bring anything up... or would it? Is there anything I can do other than sweep my feelings under the rug?

So, your dilemma is whether to cheat or not? How can you say you still love this girl you are in a relationship with while having feelings for another girl you work with? This is very confusing.

I wouldn't consider this love if you want to explore feelings you have for another person. You really have a couple of options. One, you can break up with your current partner and hope this girl at work likes you enough to date. You are rolling the dice here.

Two, you can forget about "work girl" and do the respectable thing and stay true to your partner. I feel bad for her though. You clearly are not committed enough to her. Also, something to think about is the work dynamic.

Are you even allowed workplace relationships? Even if yes, is it worth it? What happens if you have a terrible breakup and you can't stand to be around her? Are you prepared to quit? Maybe you hope she does but ultimately does not and you are now in a miserable situation.

Keep a lid on it. Saying anything in your current situation will cause a mess of problems no one is going to want to deal with. Either break things off with the current girl, or move on in silence. There is no middle road here. That way leads to disaster.
