My girlfriend mostly scroll through her Instagram while we talk through phone. How to react?

We're temporarily LDR. She's actually my neighbour. We talk only at night for 30-45 mins and most of the time she scroll through her Instagram feeds while talking to me.

How should I react to this?

Is she completely distracted by her Instagram? Because if so I’d ask if she could wait til you got off the phone. But if she’s a good multitasker then I don’t see the problem.

She's a good multitasker. But is it a "not interested in convo" signal?

That’s what I mean when referring to the whole multitasking thing. If she isn’t engaging in conversation with you because she’s on IG then to me that shows disinterest in the conversation and pretty rude. But if she’s on there and talking to you normally then I wouldn’t be out out by it. Mostly because I don’t always expect my partner to be on the phone with me and doing absolutely nothing else besides talking to me. Like maybe he’s cooking or has a movie on in the background, or gaming online with friends. Things like that.
