My boyfriend is gone for 3 weeks then comes back and leaves again. How to trust him?

It's the way we divide our time , if you remember how our ancestors communicated in the world wars , they sent long letters via snail mail , their corospondence was spread out a bit different than how we communicate these days , Nowa days if you really want to communicate with some one you just push a button and it's instant , back in those same days you could see it when people talked on the telephone with the hand held ear peace and talked into the blower it was such a new thing that they couldn't work it out and kinda talked more loudly than in a face to face contact ,, these days we all have emails yet do we ever write any one a letter besides being for business perpersers ,, I would prefer to get an email from someone telling me more in words on the screen rather than a short phone conversation that we don't really say much but we'll have to catch up again another time

You have to ask yourself these questions:
When he is away for 3 weeks is he in touch often. Meaning calls, text, FaceTime?
When he is home is he coming straight to see you or friends?
if your gut is telling you something is wrong then something is possibly wrong.
