What does "Bad Hair Day" means from your girlfriend?

Basically, my girlfriend on Snapchat (We only communicate digitally, we both lives in Iowa just far from each other, like an hour away) but I send her a picture of myself, and she typed back to the picture on Snap saying "Bad Hair Day", is this flirting? We are in a relationship together, but I wonder if this is flirting, I did had a messy hair in the photo. What ya guys think?
