How to deal with boyfriend's female friends?

We're in long distance and he told me about his female friends touching him all the time (holding hands, writing his name on their hands and theirs on his, sitting next to him and making him sit b/w them). So I suggested him to tell them that he doesn't likes it but he said they'll feel bad and also he is not a girl to complaint about all these stuffs. Also he told me all this laughing as if he has no problems with it and also he knows that I would be disappointed after hearing all this. Why would he complaint to me about it if he doesn't want to do anything about it and what should I do?

Next time this happens and it does that I want you to pay attention to his words and what he's asking from you and if you're not willing to play that game with him and give him what he wants did he's going to bring up these other girls it's a form of manipulation to make you jealous so he can get what he wants okay

Because any guy that truly has feelings for you doesn't want to hurt you and this guy seems to go out of his way to make your head spin but if you pay attention I bet you'd only happens when he wants something and you're not willing to give in start looking a little bit deeper and everything he does or says to you because we're going to be surprised

I don't get it. I never will. Why does a guy with a girlfriend, need girl "friends". On the other end, why does a girl with a boyfriend, need boy "friends". I just don't get it.

You can't really deal with them, you just have to sort of live with it. Of course you could tell him how you feel about them but that might only cause a rift between you and him, as well as you and them

I already told him to tell his friends to stop doing this but he said that those are the most popular girls of his college and everyone will stop talking to him if they tell them to (though he has some school friends too with him in that college), also he said that he can't tell them to stop touching him coz he's a "boy". Even after this I told him that I don't like this behaviour where u can't take a stand for yourself and he said I'm too judgmental. He has college for 8 hours and I'm bothered all the time thinking of what might be happening during this 8 hour long period. I don't know what to do.

Maybe I'm insecure. I wouldn't have problem if I saw this myself but him telling me this makes me feel like it's a big deal for him because if was completely normal to him he wouldn't be discussing it with him also he once broke up with me because we're in a long distance and now these touchy girls might make him think of what he's missing in long distance. I don't know if I'm just insecure or overthinking that's why I'm here for opinions.

He's been trying to be with me for an year and finally we're dating.
