I would probably welcome it.
Some people make up stuff about me sometimes and I would love to have the opportunity to tell the truth, and have a lie detector there to show them that I'm an open book. I'm honest, and I'm the one to listen to.
Strap my ex into that polygraph machine and the damn thing would probably explode.

Absolutely!!! I have some theory's on how to beat them and I would love to see if I'm right lol... and just a side note... there's a reason why ur results from a polygraph test aren't admissible in court all those mechines do is record ur heart rate and show when ur heart rate increases which is apparently a indecation of being decitful and lying but what if one of the questions ur asked makes uncomfortable or embarrass you most likely when you answer the question the test is going to read that ur not telling the truth even if you are. U don't need a fancy machine to be able to tell if someone is lieng all u need is a sethascope to listen to their heart beat if it gets faster there "lying"
Who is the loved one asking the questions? If it's my mom or dad nah I couldn't do it. With my husband sure wouldn't bother me
That would be fun and extremely enlightening.
The question she asked would help me see her unexposed fears. And I could help her see the truth.
BUT I would feel ashamed that she would not trust my words or ask such questions without needing a lie detector test to believe me.
Trust, openness, loyalty, vulnerability are all preciously important for a relationship's survival.

Oh so you want me to hurt my own feelings more than I already do? 🫠
Probably not worth the trouble that it would cause. Most people lie all the time about little things to make people feel better. I feel like some answer they don't really want to hear is going to come up.
Hypothetically speaking? Sure. I have nothing to hide. Even though I would consider it a red flag that it has to come to this. but for the sake of argument, someone who feels uncomfortable doing this, is most likely hiding something.
yes, and it would not be an issue... none of them would ever ask me to do it though, whenever they wanted honesty from, they always got exactly that.. truth
No, I don't see the point in doing something like that.
I would do it without hesitation. Then again, I am one of those people that if someone asks point blank, I won't lie... I will answer truthfully. To me to lie about something only makes it worse.
A lie detector is a tool used to leverage interrogation techniques. It isn’t a magic tool that identifies truth. Why would someone who loved me want to intimidate me with that machine?
Lie detector tests are actually not accurate at all, so I would not be comfortable with it unless my partner knew so too
They are only 88% accurate. So that means there is a 12% chance that it alerts incorrectly and damages your relationship for something you never did.
I don’t lie. Either my loved ones accept me completely or their not important.
Yes I would find it fun. I do not see a point in lying, so it would be fun to see my results. 😁
Some people are human lie detectors. What a lot of folks don't understand is the eyes and eyebrows in a lot of cases give it away.
If it was done for amusement that’s one thing. But for serious questions that’s another. These things can be inaccurate.
That's the only one I would want asking the questions :)
I don't think it would be very accurate but sure lol
ONLY reciprocally--- I WILL if she WILL.
I AM who and what I am~Nope. I'm such a bad liar and I'd rather keep some things to myself.
I'd give no shits. I don't try to hide that I'm a shitlord at all.
Sure, I would
I've got nothing to hide, and/or lie about.Sure, why not? They might learn some things they didn't know before.
