My boyfriend Didn't notice that my hair is so long after it was so short?

Befor I left my hometown to another country my hair was short when i met my boyfriend the last time. After one year now we were talking facetime and showed him my hair that cover all my back now But were like what? Hz didn't notice the difference or anything i really felt upset Should I be mad? Or Im over reacting?

just b/c he didn't say anything about your hair, outfit, nails, pedicure, makeup, etc etc doesn't mean he didn't see it.
guys don't care ANYWHERE near the amount that girls do about such things.
to us it's just hair - unless it looks like crap.
