I guess I should of added to that longevity takes work. On BOTH SIDES. When we first meet someone our brains TRICK us into believing we love the other person (we can't, we hardly know that person yet) it's not love but it feels like it. This is called "limerance" and that can last anywhere from a couple months to a couple years. (Long enough to bond with another person) but when that wears off if people aren't bonded they tend to go there separate ways. Even if they are bonded, now is where the work comes in. You have to remind yourself of why you got together in the first place with this person. And they have to constantly be showing you they're still that person. This is why things like "date nights" are so important to married couples with kids. I get it money and responsibilities. But think about it! People change. You're not the same person you were 10yrs. Ago, maybe not even 5 years. Ago. Why do you think that'd be different if you're married. Couples that don't grow and change together WILL grow apart. So know real love takes constant effort. That may not be super romantic but it's the truth.

I was once that guy too, and although painful at the time because I knew I was being used, if I never had that experience I would've never grown and learned what I know now. I'm not sure what you mean by surrounded by amazing women. I'm not attracted to guys who are sleazy or who like to have tons of women around them for their ego, so I wouldn't even go near a guy like that. My boyfriend has always had lots of girls hitting on him as he is a really attractive guy. When I met him, he'd never had a serious connection to someone or been in love. But he loved my compassion, and my intelligence, and how I am kind. He thinks I'm beautiful but he loves my personality, and we just click together. We have such a strong connection, so I think that's why a guy would choose a certain girl even if others like him.

But, I pick a woman out of the crowd because of the way I feel about her. the way she makes me feel. Yes, there are millions of people out there. But chemestry is everything. I tried dating apps but, it's not the same. Yes, sex is amazing, but, without a connection or love, it's just working out naked. When you care for someone and there's something there, then everything feels right and better. No amount of money or fame or stuff like that matters when you don't have the love of a woman who you can trust and makes you feel loved and supported.

The other is looks maybe 6 or 7/10 but personality and compatibility is 9.5/10 then also such a woman will stand out.

There is no point in women who are amazing by just looks but have poor personality and almost no compatibility.
