He told me I can leave a toothbrush at his place, what does this mean for our relationship?

So a few things happened over the weekend with my boyfriend and I. We went to the store and I reminded him to get a toothbrush. He picked up a 2 pack and said you can have one. I told him its ok I have one I bring with me. We get to his place and he throws all his old toothbrush’s away and said I can leave mine in his toothbrush holder. The next day we went out and when we got back we were chilling in the kitchen and he went to his room and comes back with a hat. He told me I can keep it. I've been staying at his place almost everyday for the past 3weeks.

Why can’t so many of you just accept things on face value? Instead it becomes “Does this mean it’s serious? Is a toothbrush symbolic of his undying love for me and is he really saying he thinks I should have his babies?” Goddamn. He likes having you around in his life. Fuck.

I’m not triggered at all but the way you kinda blew up seems like you are. This is my first “serious” relationship and all I wanted to know if it’s getting more serious or not by his actions. That’s all. Yes I know it’s an inanimate object but I’m not a guy so I don't know how guys think hence why I asked it in a “girls ask guys” app/ group (and Vice versa). If you can’t be helpful move on. You also don’t have to be a dick about it.

So we started off as friends with benefits. Then we started seeing each other more and we realized both of us has feelings for each other. Obviously everything was centered around sex at first but now its not. He’s taking me on dates, im meeting his friends, he’s brought up the future here and there (when he was tipsy so i dont count it lol). Recently I told him i won't see him for like a week bc of how his and my work schedules are and he made the comment “so im not gonna see you for a few days. That sucks”. When he wakes up in the morning and im at his place he gives me a goodbye kiss. I go to his house even when he’s not there (he knows im there). He checks on me once or twice throughout the day while he’s at work and when he gets off he’ll come hang with me at my job. And a big thing I’ve noticed he’s opening up more to me about more personal things. And the sex isn't as animalistic but more passionate. Thats pretty much the run down 😂
