I fell in love with my married female co-worker. How to go on?

I liked her from the first moment I met her. We became friends. After a while I told her I loved her. I told her I could see in her eyes that she was attracted to me too. She told me that she liked me very much and that she had to step back from this relationship because of her marriage. She doesn't want to play with my feelings. I was not understanding and wrote her rudely last time. I see her everyday and we don't speak to each other.
