One of the biggest difficulties guys face is that they are judged for showing emotions. They feel like they can't show emotions if they're in pain, either physically or emotionally.

One of my pet peeves is when I hear the phrase "man up". It makes them feel they have to hide their feelings and pain from the world. Which is so sad. Because being more open and showing who they really are will draw the right kind of person into their life. Someone who won't judge them for being human, with human emotions. Someone who will be there for them when they want to cry or want someone to confide in.

Difficulties? I’m not sure what you are asking. Difficulty with what? Facts about what? I can give you facts about a number of things.
