I met my father a month ago and I'm fucked up about it he was polite. I have walked past him a thousand times in my small town and neither of us new.
I kept waiting for him to say something horrible I am so full of hate but he was polite asked me what I have been up to genuinely interested.

I cut contact with him when I was 11 as he has a mental illness and had been off the rails for as long as I knew him.
