How did your parents meet?

both of my parents are teachers, and they met because they started teaching at the same elementary school! also it’s my dad’s birthday today!! shoutout to him

My parents both worked in the same city at one point and met through mutual friends and began dating. My dad tested my mom a lot during the dating phase cause he was a very educated guy with tons of girls who liked him, and he tested her by making her go on 8 or 9 hour uphill hikes to tourist sites to see how strong she was and how hard working she was willing to be but he was also on his best behaviour. My dad said he did not know what type of parents my mom had until the tenth date cause he was worried he would offend her if he asked too early and he also followed her to school to verify her claims about her academic life.

My parents originally met cause they were neighbors but they were married to their exes at the time. Meet up again years later at the grocery store but were both divorced so decided to go on a date

My parents dated while they were both in college but also knew each other in high school and they grew up in the same town. My dad was at the United States Naval Academy. Mom went to school nearby. There was a dance one weekend and they met up and as family legend goes, the rest is history.

My father has worked with my mother's brother, that's how he met my mom, rest is history.

I'm not sure on the story. I was told my mum and dad met in University. He was engaged to a different woman at the time and didn't tell her.

When my mum said she was pregnant, he told her the truth and left apparently. But he didn't pay for me or my sister for serveal years, even though my mum proved a dna test!

She was in love and left heartbroken. She thought about an abortion but left it. She has serious depression after we were born and tried to k**l herself :(

My grandparents become parents at 17 and got married. It was abusive and short lived. My mum didn't have a great upbringing and yeah. I guess that has been passed down to me and my sisters 😔
