How should a shy awkward boy like me do to have better relationships with people?

I went into the Vet campus today…you know, my dog and his heat rashes… Anyway, I saw the oddest thing…At the entrance there’s this caged bird and a cat crouched close to it…And it looked like ther were talking and I heard the bird tell the cat, “pardon me if I litter”( birds 💩 out the cage) and cat 💩 in litter box).
—they look at you strange then, “ you do know birds are known for excrement going outside of their cage right?-it’s an animal thing and of course cat’s litter box.
—Then they’ll get it. And they’ll think you’re a sweet animal guy…and they will know thatthey must pay attention when you speak…there is some depth to your jokes…you can think. Add those up plus laughter and it is a woman magnet.
