I wanna get back in touch with my ex. We didn't leave on good terms and we went to college together. He went to my work for a bit before I left snd he said sorry but I can't remember if I said sorry or not.

I used him and I feel bad. I have always felt guilty about this and I have no idea why. I have a boyfriend but we haven't been on great recently and I am worried about why I wanna reach out to my ex. What's your opinion on this please?

The least you can do is apologize, but don't make it some "youtuber" apology just keep it short and sweet like stating what you are sorry for and etc, but afterwards I would encourage you to give him the time he needs and just see if he responds. Lastly with your boyfriend couples always have to go through hard times, but talk to your boyfriend about what you think the problem is and try to fix it together he and you should put the same amount of effort into it and if you feel like one of you isn't then maybe try to rethink somethings.
