I am seing this guy and I know he's not serious about me. He's just using me to pass time until he makes a better life for himself.

But I pretend I don't know because it feels good to feel wanted and liked, even if it's not real. I know it's stupid and I'm only gonna get hurt in the end , but it takes me from the reality of my life as it is now.

If you’re aware of it and still decide to stay then you also need to be aware of the consequences. I personally have stayed longer than I needed to in a relationship after I realized that he was just keeping me as a backup but like you I like how good the relationship made me feel. Eventually I know that I will be expecting more and I’m not gonna get it from him so I decided to walk away.

I know you don’t deserve to be treated as a pass time, you deserve to be respected and be prioritized. But if you still want to stay, then make sure that you don’t put him on a pedestal and just treats him as a pass time or a hobby that makes you feel good (toxic I know but hey…)

I have been unhappy for a long time. I've single for so long. It just feels good being with this guy. We get along and I like him too much

I know how you feel tbh, it's always after being single for too long or for me personally, I had an almost perfect relationship and ended it for nothing, being single for 2+ years definitely make us more eager and susceptible to falling. Even with the least expected, when we least expect it. Not sure if I made any sense.

I would not enjoy the relationship. Playing game is cruel and down the you get more than you get. Youmay meet a person you can fall in love with a fall play a game like end missing a beautiful lady.
Because he say I had a girlfriend can go with her. Now he sitting a bar get drunk and look at Melissa who married to a great guy.
I had female who tell a good guy, she had a boyfriend she doesn't had a date in 4 years.

I have. I knew that it would end eventually and honestly when he finally rejected me it freed me. I enjoyed the time we spent together and it was the push I needed to better myself. Ultimately he didn’t want to date me because of my weight even though personality-wise we were compatible. I used that to motivate me to lose 40 pounds. I don't want to date him anymore (too shallow + other flaws) but it feels good every time I look in the mirror. I liked how I looked at my heaviest and I look amazing now. His loss really and the person I’m talking to now liked me both when I was fat and how I am now, I just didn’t see what was in front of me

I hope you’re able to walk away and focus on yourself too. My biggest flaw was my weight so I fixed that. It’s hard to let go of the positive aspects of that kind of situation but it is so much better when you improve both yourself and find someone who wants you just as much as you want them

Throughout the conversation he told me how Gangster he is and how I should Give him another 50 dollars 💵 he owns a gun it has a laser on it found out how possessive he really is.
I helped him out yesterday with 50 bucks so he Didn’t get kicked out of his Hotel he said he would pay me back and now he wants another 50.

I was in that type of relationship with this guy I met at work. He was a real snake 🐍 in the grass. But it was like I was addicted to him. I knew it had to stop! So I changed my phone number and that was the best thing to do. I was free from him. I lived in peace again. I no longer felt like he could just pick up the phone to see me when HE wanted to. A year later I moved 3,000 miles away from him, which also helped. Yes, someone that treats you that way will hurt you. But I completely understand why you stay. 🌹
