Having an affair, how long should it last?

I've just started a relationship with a business contact, after some dinners together.
I'm sure it's not love, it's just sex, so how long should I expect this relationship to last?

If it’s just sex then not long, a couple of weeks maybe months tops. I don’t think you should expect it to last long tho

That sounds pretty reasonable. I also had a workplace fling once and it lasted about 2-3 months but it wasn’t an affair just good old sex lol

We are not in the same company and I'm a private buyer, and simply put after a dinner we decided to try and "expand" our business partnership.
