Boyfriend saw my text earlier and ignored it. He's done this several times before. I finally called him out on it. Am I being unreasonable?

I deleted my message and he responded to the deleted message which means he read it. After we part ways and go to our separate homes, he is sometimes silent and doesn't text. Am I being unreasonable for calling him out?
