generally I don't have a problem when my partner is using my phone, cause I have nothing to hide but that actually also never happened in a way of stalking or checking and more like in the sense of "oh my phone is charging, can I google something"

I'm not doing anything I shouldn't be, but there has to be trust and respect in a relationship.

I respect the privacy of the people I converse with, and they know that only I am reading our conversations. I'd be quite annoyed if I was having conversations with a friend that I thought were private and they let their partner read them.

Yes I let my mom go through my phone. She just checks YouTube recommendation, Photo Gallery and whatsapp texts. I hide other apps like Canva, Wattpad, Google Doc (so that my sister won't mess with it) and all those in 'Hide icon' option. She doesn't checks frequently now though. Very rarely. She checked more when I need got my phone. And my dad checks the internet and those stuff on my phone. In between I used Tab because my phone didn't worked. I somehow fixed it and since then my parents don't really go through my phone.

If my boyfriend ever asked to look through my phone, I just asked why… if I didn’t like the answer, or thought that he was being petty or jealous, I simply said sure, here I’ll trade you, your phone for mine! That way we BOTH get to invade the other’s privacy!
