Okay so is it normal to feel sort of losing interest in a S. O. or like they don't like you anymore?

It's summer break right now and me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 months. I love him to death but i feel like he isn't being there all the way or he's not really putting in a lot of effort. I'm not really sure what to do to keep us like close i guess. Any suggestions?
