I watched The Winter Soldier last night and I have seen it so many times I can often recite a line before the actor actually says it. My wife was going ballistic.

I take too long in the shower, make dinner too early, make dinner too late, drive a car my husband doesn't like, get up too early, complain about his dog, and if I really want to see him go ballistic I will forget to put a log in the fire in the wintertime. 😂

My kids used to take way too long in the shower. They would turn the bathroom into a sauna. Finally I told them that after ten minutes I would shut the water off in the shower. My wife told me not to do that so I promised I would not shut off the water. Instead I just shut off the hot water. That really made them take quick showers after that.

I never told anyone that I was doing it. I just went to the basement and shut the hot water feed off and waited for the shower to get turned off. It rarely took more than a few seconds. Then I would just go back upstairs and watch tv and smile a little bit.

Intentional things: talking over movies I don’t want to be watching and inserting my own humorous dialogue (I’m the only one laughing, usually, but I SWEAR it’s funny, lmao); being overly affectionate, like I’ll kiss her on the cheek but REALLY mush my lips around, or I’ll grab her butt and just hold on for an obnoxious amount of time until she wriggles out of it like “OKAY🙄”; I love to make really bad or stupid jokes (or sometimes decent jokes too), and just absolutely beat the hell out of them and pound them into the earth’s crust, just repeat them over and over and over and over, to the point where she knows it’s coming and is dreading it’s delivery; lately, one of my repeat jokes is to just reach over when we’re sitting next to each other and pretend to start jerking her off, as if she had an invisible penis😂 I just live for that “oh my god, STOP” as she’s trying not to laugh but is also palpably annoyed for real at the repetition of the joke, lmfao. She’s so easy to tweak, I can’t help but do it😝
