When you are famous, you have lots of people wanting you for your status or money, and lots of people not wanting you because they don't want that sort of lifestyle. So possible genuine connections get trimmed.

BUT, you also get more exposure, so you increase your odds that way that anyone who would genuinely love you, now knows you exist.

Do you think the first part outweighs the second? Making it harder.

Its much harder, as you are known and some may go after you for that using stuff they read about you to make you think there just that person you want
To find out later they just faked it the entire time

I think would be impossible to fake what I like.

I like intelligent, talented artists who are physically exceptionally beautiful, and are hardcore gamers who are good at difficult video games, and like science and sci-fi, and fantasy and anime, and collectables and computers/consoles. And also she isn't afraid of the kinds of bugs or snakes or arachnids people keep as pets, and she has to like cats. And she's an atheist.

How would she fake the ability to draw in person? How would she win a lot at a game against me in person if she is not good at difficult video games? How would she fake intelligence in person? And makeup has an odor and washes off, so how would she fake beauty? How would she fake being into my hobbies? would they go spend thousands on games, figures, posters, computers, consoles, etc, just to be fake for a short time? How would she get the older out of print stuff? I'd see her bedroom, her home, I'd do art projects with her and play games, I'd know if she were into the same stuff or not I'd think.

Well its not a long game, its a short game there.. there not expecting to foul you for ever just enough its how it is
She dose not have to be everything, she just need enough
I mean you don't need to know all and every anime just enough to make it feel real, we tend to give trust over mistrust on anyone, so if someone tells you "O ya I love video games.. like game " X and by chance that is your fav game you may go "O ya I love it so much how was mission 23 with the snake for you?" "O it was really hard but I got in barely in the end after losing a controller"
Your not likely to start digging also we give a lot of hints on what we feel when people talk

Its like a fortune teller they don't have to be on point really, they just need to be close enugth that you go "O.. like my boyfriend" and they go "Yes... yes... and there name is aa... ddd... g..." till they notice your chance in the face and move on with it, till they get a close enough name

Stuff like that.. again its only needed for a short time to get the 5 minutes of fame :) or to enjoy yours

What you said I said: She has to like every anime.

I don't even like every anime, some of them are trash.

I could apply this to the rest of your argument regarding everything on my list, in that you are basically twisting around what I said by putting words in my mouth.

As far as being "enough" though, what I listed isn't even enough, she also has to not have or want any kids. And a few other things, and yes, she has to fit all of that, or we won't be able to relate and get along long enough to stay friends, let alone date.

My point still stands, no one can fake all of that.

Also the conversation examples you gave is not applicable, thats not how I meet new friends, nor is that how I talk to people.

I meet them in gaming lobbies, I see them play, I see their achievements list, I talk to them in party chat, and if they lack skill or interest it shows, and they eventually tire of what I like playing, and we end up not staying friends long enough to even meet in person, and if they lied the entire time and had someone else playing for them, as soon as I meet them and we game in person, I'd know it's a lie.

You act as if anyone I'd be romantic with would be someone I barely knew, which is not something I do.

I would need to know her for years first, she would need to be a best friend.

I am just saying they don't even have to like it, they need to know enough to get by, to stay around long enugth, and yes at some point you find out
And you think they can't just tell you "I don't want kids" regardless of what they really believe in?

I am not talking about you, you did not ask about you, you asked about someone famous

Sorry if that was miss understand, but please understand I am not referring to your exact life and case and so on, but general idea of someone famous

There is zero point to asking this question without the implication of whether or not its a good idea or bad idea to become famous before vs after finding a wife. And the answer to that would of course depend on the person, so the only useful reason to ask is for one's own self interest.

You can't generalize an answer for the general public. You would have to explain the risks and why they would or wouldn't occur, and they would then have to respond to it, and thats what just happened, so you answered properly.

If the only major downside is them being fake, then being famous first makes more sense for me, as its very hard to find compatible women, and what I want can't be faked.

But if there were some other negatives, I'd need to rethink it.

The other reasons I considered, were if it would be a turn off because of all the attention that lifestyle brings. That sort of thing scares a lot if people.

Ya it could scare people away, but if you going to be famous who ever you find is going to have to deal with it as well
People around here post a lot of the time just for the heck of asking stuff, I asked a lot of things that are not going to help me in my personal life at all, in any way shape or forum just interest me
So you can't really assume people will just think its about you immediately

Regardless if you do become famous please let me know how the hell you did it :D because as much as I know its not a "mm.. I think il be come famous tommow" deal :)

If its hard for you to find someone without being famous then being famous will not help you much on that, its just more complications on top of it, being famous is not easy, nor dose it make most things in life easier
At least not in the social side
