My boyfriend talks to his family members about our relationship issues?

I kinda feel uncomfortable about this but don’t know if I’m overreacting. My boyfriend says his mom likes to be very involved in his relationship business, they even talk about sex stuff like her telling him not to get me pregnant. He told me that he has a cousin who feels comfortable to tell all his relationship issues to. It just makes me abit uncomfortable if I’m going to be around his family and extended family and they are gonna to know personal things about me and our relationship. Does anyone know what I mean? Would you be comfortable with this? I never share very personal things about him or our relationship with my family members
