Have you made sacrifices in a relationship?

Everyone makes some sacrifices in a relationship. Some make small sacrifices and some make big. To what extent did you sacrificed for your partner? Making those sacrifices was the best decision of your life? Or did it affected you in some way and you regret making those decisions?

In one relationship, I fell for some shit like a dummy and it resulted it me lying there with him humping me like a rabbit. Huge sacrifice considering i wanted to wait til marriage. Sex was almost always something he had to pressure me into doing because he knew i couldnt get past the desire to wait. So our relationship failed for many reasons but also he cheated because he said one pussy would never be enough for him. In another relationship, I almost gave up my relationship with the Lord for this idiot. I was dumb af for that one and yea we’d never work because nobody comes before God. In another relationship, I almost gave up my country by considering relocating for love. I knew I’d be unhappy deep down and I’m just glad i didn't go at the end of the day. I could honestly keep going. Every relationship consisted of compromise in some way, but in terms of actual sacrifice, it was almost always me having to do the sacrifice. Now i just refuse to date a mf if we’re not on the same Page. I’m not tryna sacrifice shit else for some dude

I've regretted every sacrifice because they were all “fake changes” for the sake of the relationship. I reverted back to my old ways soon as we ended. Im not tryna change

i made the effort to drive to their place the majority of the time, that depends but there needs to be some balance.
