Some of these platforms will show logged in even when your not using it. Im sure you have seen the "stay/keep" logged in check box. Like Iphone dont close shit down when your not using it, it stays suspended, depending on the coding it could show logged in still. The more you think about something the more it will become what you see as the truth. So does not contact you on viber? Unless you have solid proof or a better suspicion than he's logged in on viber, its not fair to him to be thinking that...

  Actually he is deployed right now and we barely had communication to each other. We only used WhatsApp. And he opens WhatsApp when he is going to contact me, actually he is in the war right now. But why does his Viber is always online when his WhatsApp is offline and can’t receive messages? I know he didn’t block me on WhatsApp because I tried to make a group there and I include him as a participant and yeah I can add him in WhatsApp. But why does the Viber is always online?
