Why are relationships not romantic post marriage?

Biologically speaking you most likely been together for such a time that you should have procreated, a study does believe that after a certain time (i can't recall exactly i think its a year or two) of being with some one you are really together for "the sake of it", which makes sense from an evolutionary point of view, if your not having children then you need to move on to procreate

true. that's the reason few couple do not go for kids until couple of years. i have seen many of them

Because people don't make them romantic. Marriage is whatever you make it.

Because there is less motivation in general for men to be romantic now compared to the past, and after getting married there is even less motivation.
