What are the chances are his cheated before and what are the chances he try’s it on me again?

We didn’t have sex but we did kiss and cuddle while he had a girlfriend. His a good family friend of mine and nothings ever happened before between us even tho we’ve always had this flirty vibe going on. But it does make me wonder if his cheated on her before? Some may say kissing and cuddling someone isn’t cheating but I think it is because it’s very intimate still. I’m also wondering do you think he will try kiss me again? Because I do see him now and again and I can’t tell my family this otherwise everyone will be upset especially my brother.
How he can be so fake around her since he did that with me I just honestly don’t know. I notice he never posts her on social media anymore but when they first started dating he did now he doesn’t bother. Iv seen him since and he just acted like nothing happened.
It’s like he doesn’t have much respect for her and is good at hiding thing, unless his gonna grow up eventually and snap out of this behaviour because they might be possible soul mates?
