I have feelings for my pen pal of 3 months, am nervous to tell him via FT or text, and won't be able to travel before next summer. What should I do?

I have about 3 pen pals and we text and email a lot but there is this one guy that I can’t help but have strong feelings for. I know I shouldn’t feel that way because we might never even meet. But it has been three months now since I have known him and he’s just always on my mind. We FaceTimed twice and I just wanna do it over and over and always feel like I want to hear his voice and talk to him about anything and everything. Sometimes a couple of days can pass without either of us texting but mostly we text and snap on a daily basis and I can’t get over those feelings. I already have travel plans one day but it won’t be until next summer, I never planned on a specific country until I started talking to him. But until then I just don’t know what to do. He’s really decent and funny but I don’t know how he feels and I can’t risk asking.

Ask him if he’s heard the phrase “catching feelings”. If not explain and ask if he’s developing a case or few symptoms…. Worth a shot? Your call 🙃

You can never know how he feels until you try. Am in the same situation just that in my own case I don't know if she being friendly with me or interested in me.

I'm basically the same, he may be just polite and nice to me, that's why I'm nervous to tell him.
