Why won't my girlfriend post our relationship on social media?

So I have been dating this girl and we have moved in together. She posts like a hundred times a day on her social and is very active. She will never post anything with us together and also has her status set to single. She told me its because her babydaddy is crazy and looks at her social media. Is this a red flag and how long are we going to keep this relationship "quiet"
