I recently selected for US work visa and planning to tell to my girlfriend, just wondering how she would react moving to US from Europe.

Exactly, 150k isn't enough but, i would suggest to do Masters in US mostly would find her a job through reference after..

It’s definitely a difficult decision to make since it's a really big change and you have to leave your old life behind. If it’s a serious relationship/we plan a future together, and if I could find a job in my field there then I would.

I've done that twice in my life. I doubt I'd do it again. It's a big decision, see if there are job opportunities for her before you ask her to do it.

Initially i belive single income is enough to survive for 2 years, as I have 150k job contract in Virginia

Well, what is she going to do while accompanying you there? You don't want her to get bored or to harm her future career prospects.

150k is not as much as it sounds if it is near Washington, DC

There are also Day 1 CPT universities which allows to work and study, i know a reference as project manager and she could easily make 120k but you know many women don't want to put any extra effort.. Sadly let's see...
