I'm starting to feel kind of bad and depressed about this whole situation. I am a 30 years old man and when it comes to relationships, all I have to show for it is just memories of the past. I'm not sure if you get my meaning.

As an adult guy, unfortunately the solution for a happy life is you. Nobody knows you better than yourself, and if you can't get your head straight about the ideas that make your life tick no one else can. Not even having a girlfriend. Because if you're unhappy like this, it will only affect her in time. So you have to get your priorities right first before you decide to have a relationship.

If you put your mind and heart to it however, there are plenty of places to meet new people especially girls. Hitting the gym is one but there's plenty of options. Travelling is a good example. Tutorial classes like art/cooking classes, outdoor activities, hiking, music festivals - there's plenty of places where people are going to hang out. Also high school/college reunions. If that doesn't work then you also have the option of close friends of family.

Yeah well the thing is that after four years of living alone as a bachelor I feel that I've had enough of "enjoying" life like this...

Then change your life. Get a new hobby, make new friends. Take up a sport or learn how to play a musical instrument.

Trust me when i say that i have plenty of hobbies. It's just that i feel that nothing is worth investing into if there is no one there to share your experiences and your life in general with. Hence why i talked about memories...
