How can you tell if someone is agreeing with you to agree?

Usually if they just agree, but don't discuss it. But that's not always the case.

When people have the same opinion as you they still generally put their side across too, but in their own words.

It is very difficult if they are good at it because they will know to take it the next step in either thought or deed...

If they simply respond to your one move then they are patronizing you. If they think on it or move on it then it is 50/50 on their intention...
