How easy do you find it to change your opinion?

Have you ever openly changed your opinion about something? How easy do you find it to do that?

Do you find it frustrating in conversations where someone is so obviously not willing to listen to other perspectives or points of view?

I'd say I'm fairly open-minded but resorting to name calling won't change my mind - you have to actually give me some sort of compelling argument to take into consideration.
