Someone sarcastically called my friend "little miss perfect over there" while pointing to her. Is this meant to be an insult? What does it imply or mean?
Superb Opinion
Ya, usually an insult. Like in the form of sarcasm. Or accusing the person of making others look bad.
For some reason, Mr. Perfect is more of a compliment. Like, you do everything well and perfectly. No one can do it better.

Being sarcastic says it all. They mean the opposite of what they say, so it’s clearly an insult.
An insult. Goody goody people are usually irritating.
