Something is clearly wrong and not “alright” she may be mad or upset. Though I wonder why she won’t just let you know why she is upset.

Just let her know that you’re here for her whenever she’d like to talk. It goes a long way. Just knowing that somebody is there for you helps. She may let you know what’s bothering her or may not but she’ll know that you’re there for her which will help her trust you more and even open up
