Guys, how do you handle intense arguments with your SO, where you are honestly in the right?

If things are really heated/going long, I'd rather just let her win or think she won so I can get on with my day

I will argue my point fiercely. I'm not backing down. No way!

I really don't like heated arguments. I won't give in, but I'll try to diffuse the situation as best as I can

I walk way. I'd rather not just yell about it. I need to sit down, cool off, come back when I'm calm

I will refuse to continuing arguing and resort to silent mode.

One thing I have learned if an argument escalates is it’s often less about who is right and wrong and has more to do with understanding her emotions and trying to see her side; make sure she feels safe and open to express herself. I’ve gotten feedback that yelling and being too aggressive often projects negative energy and she felt attacked or unsafe. So even if I’m convinced that I am 100% right it’s less about her being 100% wrong and more about focusing on us as a team and knowing the team is not on the same page in the moment.

The truth is often have to take it until it runs its course. If i leave the space the "raging" is twice as bad when back in space... time to dream up more crap. Slowly backing out of the relationship is my course of action... obviously-no expert !!
