It’s not offensive, just undesirable and you should respect her decision to leave. Working 7 days a week, overtime, no days off and bullied on top of that? That’s slave work and you know it. She was right to be done. Hopefully you find someone similar to her in the future and consider having your employees backs should someone else be bullied. As the boss you’re supposed to stand up and be the voice for these people when things are going wrong. No one wants a target on their backs but being a bystander to bullying is cowardly and shameful.
