Mutual consideration and respect.

Balance responsibility and playfulness.

Prioritize making sure both always feel safe, secure and special.

No one wants to be with someone who is constantly putting herself down.

Guys are more interested in legitimate effort than any particular result.

Don't attempt to cover up a lack of self-care with superficial accoutrements.

Yelling will cause you to be less likely to be heard, not more likely to be heard.

Guys aren't lumps of clay, eager to be molded by women.

Show appreciation for whatever actions you want to see continued.

Your value is based on what your partner sees as value, not what you believe your partner should see as value.
