Do I have a right to tell me boyfriend that I feel like an option he spends more time with his roommate going out?

I feel like im nagging but feel I have a point as well like its not right. What annoys me most he says he misses me and always says he wants to see me but doesn't! So I say why can't he see me more since he lives with his roommate! He keeps making these excuses that he's busy. So I say you get busy because you want to and you dont put me as your priority. I just dont get why I can never be a priority. We only see 1 day few hours a week while he spends rest days with his roommate or even going out with him all day on his day off which is same day off as me

You should speak to him about how you feel. He can’t be saying that he misses you and whatnot then act the opposite to it. He should be putting how you feel first.
