Does this counts as getting cheated on?

Lets say they didn't exactly committed infidelity, not that you know of. However they did this:

- Lied about the whole relationship, even lied about their real age

- Scam you with your money, never paying it back (or even use you for a Green Card)

- They never loved you and you were just accomodity to them

They basically cheated you out of a life (years), a life you could've with someone else.Would this also count as cheating too?

Yes, it's still cheating

It happened to someone else. The girl is just as devastated as if it were an infidelity case; probably even worse.

I would say it is more scamming than cheating; but about equally as bad.
