my husband does pretty good.

I get notes, cards, and flowers for no reason.

he often calls me 1-10 times a day to just say he loves me.

When it is quarter end at his work, he does get too busy and the romance dies off... then i do the work.

I wouldn't waste too much time unless I had an idea that they basically were into me. That means she need to do a little upfront work to encourage me to invest more effort in her. Which begs the question: who is persuing whom?

I think the man should do the initial pursuing but i think it’s on the girl to meet him halfway so to speak if she actually likes him which girls usually do. If a girl is into me she usually makes it easy for me to ask her out.
