Oh, Mostly I want to be nice to people and try to be honest too so yes I'll tell them what I really think but I'll put a lot of effort to make sure it comes out in a positive way, but if I don't really love that person but I am kind of casual friends with them for whatever reason and if I find there actions a little rude or offensive then I can't keep my feelings to myself I'll tell everything I feel about them straight to their face at the very moment they make me feel uncomfortable.

The good thing is, it takes me a few months to a few years to get there.
